We stand behind our install. If a leak or defect is caused by how we did the work — flashing, fastening, sealing, ventilation — we come back and fix it at no charge.

- Transferable on request for many full re-roofs
- Covered by Trinity's WA contractor license & bond
Manufacturer warranty
The shingles, underlayment and accessories we install carry the manufacturer's product warranty — including major brands like GAF and Owens Corning.
- Architectural asphalt: typically 30 years to lifetime limited
- Accessory coverage on underlayment, hip & ridge, starter
- Upgrade options available for extended system warranties
- Manufacturer documentation included with project paperwork

- • Leaks caused by faulty workmanship

Not covered
- • Acts of God beyond manufacturer impact ratings
- • Damage from foot traffic or third-party work
- • Pre-existing structural issues not part of scope
- • Failure to maintain (clogged gutters, heavy moss buildup)
Specific warranty terms — including length and transferability — are stated in writing on each project quote. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer's published terms.
